GuardWorks  for monitoring sites such as Treatment Plants with NO mains power 

Manufactured in the UK specifically for a large UK water utility in the North of England, GuardWorks is a battery operated, low power, point to point radio transmitter & receiver system. GuardWorks transmits digital alarms from sites or areas of site without mains power up to 10 miles to the nearest telemetry/SCADA outstation/RTU. The 24V DC receiver simply repeats the site digital input alarms via digital outputs for hard wired connection to the nearest RTU/outstation. VERY SIMPLE! This system is generally installed and operational in a day. Each mains powered receiver can receive signals from 2 x independently deployed transmitters (4 digital input signals per transmitter).

Also available without the metal box and lithium batteries (lower cost freight), these can be sourced locally in your country.  Very low power transmitter so option to install a small solar panel and batteries for lifetime power.
